For the 1st half of the year 2023, 118,000 Public Tenders Contracts have been registered, with a total value of 9.5 billion euros, data coming from the "supplier's" Online Public Contracts Portal.

The Public Bodies that commissioned the Project exceeded 2,200, which belong to the Central Administration, Local Government Bodies (Municipalities, Regions, Municipal Enterprises, etc.), Health Bodies and any other body belonging to the Greek State (Development companies, Sports organizations, School Committees, Management Bodies, Chambers etc.

In total, in the 1st half of 2023, 118,000 Contracts were concluded, from 18,000 Contractors, whose Financial Offers were accepted.

The above prices include all Contracts, as they are recorded through the "supplier's" Online Public Contracts Portal.

In detail of the 118,000 contracts, 18,000 are "Open Process", 85,000 are "Direct Award", 3,250 are "Negotiation without prior Publication", 2,220 are "Competitive Process with Negotiation" and the rest concern smaller numbers such as "innovation partnership", "closed process etc.

The monthly indices of Public Tenders for the 1st semester of 2023 are analyzed as follows:

March: 21,898 Contracts worth 1.64 billion euros

April: 18,237 Contracts worth 0.77 billion euros
