Public Sector Studies

The Public Works department specializes in developmental planning studies for Public Sector Entities. It undertakes the preparation of targeted developmental planning studies, as well as the preparation of business plans of private & public entities, with the aim of organizational and functional redesign, internal and external reorganization, regional - local development, institutional adaptation and a multitude of other processes.

In addition, BPR (business process reengineering) studies are carried out as well as individual Cost estimates of Agencies.

Finally, Studies are undertaken for Public Bodies, Municipalities, Legal Entities under Public Law, KEK, Institutes (ESEE, IME GSEVEE), Confederations, etc.
